Information we collect

When you use the booking form on the Get In Touch page, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, the type of service and pet involved, your pet's breed or species, and any temperament or behaviour notes you choose to share.

We don't use cookies to track you around the web, and we don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we use it

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a meet & greet, and provide the dog walking, pet visiting or pet sitting services you've booked. Notes about your pet's temperament or routine are used solely to make sure they're cared for properly.

Third-party services

This site uses a small number of third-party services:

• Web3Forms delivers booking form submissions straight to Chloe's inbox. Web3Forms does not use your data for any other purpose.
• Resend sends you a confirmation email after you submit the booking form, using only your name, email address and booking details. Resend does not use your data for any other purpose.
• Google Maps is embedded on the Get In Touch page to show our service area. Google may set its own cookies when this map loads — see Google's privacy policy for details.
• Facebook and TikTok content shown on the homepage is fetched from their public profiles or linked to directly — visiting this site doesn't share your data with either platform.
• Vercel Analytics gives us an anonymous, aggregate count of page visits to understand how the site is used. It doesn't use cookies or track individual visitors.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details only for as long as needed to provide our services and meet any legal or accounting requirements, after which they're deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing chloespetcare03@gmail.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
